Gardner Lee co-founded GCP’s predecessor in 2013. He was instrumental in leading the management team to rapidly grow Fund I assets from $175 million at inception to over $800 million in five years.

Gardner devised the strategy to transform the company from a local to a regional industrial investment powerhouse by implementing a disciplined acquisition strategy focused on acquiring a geographically diversified portfolio of institutional quality assets in high-growth Southeast markets.

 

He shares responsibility for all aspects of the investment strategy and management of GCP’s operations. In addition, Gardner is a rare holder of both CPM and SIOR designations.
